Visual Language for Business

Visual Language for Business is my premium 1 on 1 coaching program in visual storytelling designed for change managers, leaders, communicators and facilitators.

It focuses on building practical skills that you can use to make your communication, facilitation and change artefacts more visually engaging and inspiring for your audience.

The program is centred around building one key artefact that you can use in your business. This artefact can be any of the following:

1. Make an illustrated ‘story on a page’ artefact such as a Strategy Map, Culture Map or illustrated slide deck that re-imagines how you use PowerPoint.
2. Design and deliver an illustrated template, called a ‘Conversation Canvas’ that you can use to engage groups of people in workshops and conversations that are fun, powerful and visually memorable.
3. Taking visual notes in real time (live capture) either onto your conversation canvas or onto a notebook / wall so you can produce visually appealing records of group discussions or presentations in real time.

The program is split into 4 one-on-one online coaching sessions. In each session we will cover key concepts and discuss, personalise and embed the learnings. The calls are a great way to stretch your thinking, get immediate feedback, and receive answers to questions as you build your artefact. The coaching calls are also supported self-paced modules and suggested activities that introduce and explore the key concepts of the toolkit.

This program is designed to get you visual storytelling quickly in a way that suits you. It is not a cookie-cutter set of templates, it is a way of showing up, a language for communicating, a set of tools to make change happen.

This program also has an accompanying series of self-paced modules to further embed your learnings, meaning you can get started straight away!
