Course – Unlocking Your Creative Consciousness
Unlocking Your Creative Consciousness is a 6 week guided exploration into your own creativity. It is completely self-paced so you can go at a speed that works for you, but please do take your time to immerse in the exercises, this is where you will achieve the real growth.
The course materials are all provided digitally. You may choose to write onto your workbook digitally, working through it on a device like an iPad where you can write onto the pages on your screen. You might wish to print the workbook, or you might wish to write it out into a blank notebook. I recommend writing and doodling it all out in a dedicated notebook. There’s something transformative about writing it all out and committing pen to paper. Whichever method works, the basic elements you will need are:
A plain notebook – something around an A5 or A4 will work well.
Some pens that you like to write with – it’s a good idea to have a couple of different colours
Your computer to access the content
Each week you will have access to:
– the course content online
– a downloadable and printable PDF workbook of the content
– a short instructional video to set the scene and get you ready for the module.

We also hear from a lot of people that they used to pursue a creative past time but for whatever reason they don’t so it anymore – people who yearn for creativity in their lives but don’t have a clear path for making it happen. And regardless of which of these people you might be – this course is for you.
This course is not a ‘how to’ kind of course where you learn the steps to paint a watercolor sunset. It is a guided exploration into your own personal relationship with your own creativity. A path to finding it inside yourself and knowing how to step into it whenever you need to.
