I just listened to David Goggin’s ‘Can’t Hurt Me’ on audible, and although I had my doubts when I downloaded it (not the type of book I would usually choose) but I’m happy to say, I loved it. There’s a lot in it and I needed to reflect and summarise for myself what I learnt. So I captured my thoughts in a sketchnote and I have narrated the playback video below so I can share it with you. What a book, dang! If you haven’t read it I highly recommend it, complete game changer. As I listened to it on Audible it had extra interview content interspersed which made it an even richer experience. My key takeaway from this book is that David actually makes you want to try to be a better version of yourself.
